Dan Noojin just handed me these black and white photographs that he took in the mid 1970's. I am glad that he had a few images from the Cerebral Palsy Telethon that was annually held at Gadsden's Convention Hall. The event was aired on Anniston's TV 40. It was at one of these events that I first met Dan Noojin & Chip Lasseter. It was also during that evening that we met the band Psalm (Barry Goss, Arnie Sanford, Larry Sanford, and Skip Seagraves). It was the beginning of some very long friendships. By the way, does anyone out there have photographs of the Ampha-Theatre Concert? I guess that would have been in 1976. I know that I'd a picture or two since but don't remember who had them.

Don & Jennie Rakestraw Though I see the two often, I never get to hear them sing together...a real treat.	Dan Noojin & Chip Lasseter Dan Noojin burned me a CD of their music. Dan Maddox later joined them. They had wonderful songs and a great sound.
Don Rakestraw This is Don Rakestraw taken at Laverty Music or at Wooden Instruments Etc. Wooden Instruments was a short lived venture of Don Rakestraw and Dan Noojin. You could go there and buy a guitar or a pine wot-not.	Westbrook "Brooky" Finlayson I have no idea what Brook was up to when this picture was taken. I remember that t-shirt though. Brook wore that shirt almost as often as Richard Moon did that Jackson Browne Tour Tee-shirt
Jennie Rakestraw This was taken on a Saturday afternoon during a Christian Brothers workday. We just got into a building and were painting almost everything in sight barnyard red. To this day I detest the color. By the way, latex paint doesn't hold well to enamel paint.	David Finlayson This was David before the Great Dome Drought of 1983. I vaguely remember that guy in the photo.
